How do I order?
Pick the product and package you want, then continue to checkout. Pay by scanning the QR, upload a screenshot of the payment, and submit. You get an order reference on screen — keep it, it identifies your order.
How do I pay?
Scan the QR at checkout with eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay or any NEPALPAY app. The amount is shown next to the code and you type it in yourself, because the QR does not carry it.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within a few minutes during support hours. Anything ordered late at night is delivered the next morning.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. If something stops working during your subscription period we replace it free of charge. Just message us on WhatsApp.
Can I get a refund?
If we cannot deliver your order or provide a working replacement, you get a full refund. Refunds are not offered once a subscription has been delivered and is working.
